Dental Ceramics Lab

We have been a complete source of fixed crown & bridge and ceramic restorations proudly serving the Rogue Valley since 1985. We are located in the heart of Medford at 1225 West Main Street.

Our all ceramic restorations are milled in lab with Zirconia or Empress Emax materials. We have experiences with many types of implants and offer custom abutments with our Procera Scanner.

We feel so fortunate to have such an outstanding team of wonderful artists, representing many years of collective talent. Our goal is and has always been Pride in our product and Industry and most importantly "enjoying" what we do.

We serve Southern Oregon - Jackson County - Rogue Valley - Medford - Ashland - Klamath Falls, Josephine County - Grants Pass - Southern Oregon Coast - Brookings - Cresent City - Northern California - Yreka - Mt Shasta and all surrounding areas.

Local pickup and delivery

Mail delivery:
Case(s) that are mailed will have postage paid. Call for labels.

Case(s) that are mailed begin their turnaround time upon receipt at Applegate Dental.

Cases up to 5 units:
2-week turnaround. Includes: Procera, cerecs, gold, and PFM porcelain unit(s).

Units of 6 or more:
Call for turnaround time

Implant cases:
Requiring scanning for custom abutments will need additional time. Contact Applegate Dental Ceramics for arrangements.
